“We have been back for 1 week and we are still talking non stop about our amazing adventure! Having Jennifer to help guide our itinerary and document it all to have it within reach at all times was such a blessing! But hands down the service of hotel selection was what made this trip incredible! Had we not had that key ingredient would have made for a much different trip and we are so thankful! The entire trip went off without a hitch but knowing Jennifer was there when we had questions or concerns and in the event of any issues made it even more enjoyable! “Recently my husband and son took a trip up the east coast to watch a few baseball games stopping in Philly, NYC and Boston. Jenn not only planned a great trip, but helped us navigate changing flight schedules because of a storm the day we were to fly out. This was a major help and stress relief. “This trip was everything I could have imagined and our advisor, Keri was wonderful! She took care of my carelessness when I left my glasses in Barcelona and had them shipped to our Rome hotel. Slight changes to our cruise port occurred and Keri was on quick to react and make sure there was not disruptions to our scheduled tours. All of our tours booked for us were as expected and excellent. We were especially lucky to take several private tours and our guides were fantastic. The hotels Keri booked were beautiful boutique properties in the heart of Barcelona's gothic quarter and the Trident area of Rome. We'd stay at both of those again in a heartbeat.
It was a special time to spend with our son who will head off to college next month...a trip of a lifetime and Keri made it happen for us! Can't wait to use her again.”

“Keri was incredibly organized and knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip. She took care of every tiny detail from trip times to excursions via walking or by taxi to the names and contacts of all parties involved in the excursions. All of our train tickets and changes were communicated via text and in our travel planner (which by the way was a Godsend and brilliant way to communicate with us all.) She managed all things with finesse and grace. We would highly recommend her to anyone!!”
